The Times Television Network's 2-day Digital India Summit kicked off in the capital today. The summit aims to crowd source & curate detailed and focused solutions from the industry to implement the government's ambitious ‘Digital India’ programme. Telecom and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad delivered the keynote address at the summit. Here is a slice of the plenary session moderated by ET NOW's Managing Editor R.Sridharan.
